For our customers (and not only) we propose certain basic rules of safety.
- Before leaving, make sure that the doors and the windows of your house are secured and that the alarm is set
- Inform for your absence only your relatives and friendly persons or the neighbours that you entrust.
- Do not leave messages outside the door and make sure your letter box does not get full with garbage mail and magazines. They are “barkers of” your absence
- Avoid leaving scales, furniture or other bulky things in your garden that will help the prospective perpetrator in the ascension.
- Make sure your home or apartment does not show “completely closed”, thus implying your absence.
- Make use of the remote control option from certain alarm panels that support this feature and operating lights, radios and other apparatuses.
- Never leave any money or objects of value in your house and always say to all that in your house there are items of low value.
- In the event where you are informed by neighbours, friends or relatives that they observe something suspicious in your residence do not you hesitate to contact the security company or the Police Department of your region. In the event of theft you should notify the police (100 in Greece).
